A year ago, Donald Trump had a very different vision of the GOP and the GOP-controlled Congress.
Now, he has just about given up on that vision and is running on a “Better Deal” platform, according to a New York Times report.
This is the same president who called the Republican Congress “the worst Congress in the history of the United States of America.”
The article cites “senior administration officials” as saying that Trump is running out of ideas for the party.
That means he’s now out of touch with the Republican base, and it’s starting to feel like the party’s time is up.
“Trump is not really in touch with his base.
He’s not going to be able to govern,” said one official familiar with Trump’s thinking.
The Times report was obtained by the Washington Examiner, which cited a source familiar with the White House’s thinking, who described Trump as “sick” and “depressed.”
Trump has made it clear that he wants to govern as a business, and he’s also been very clear that his presidency will not be about the country, and that it will be about himself.
But as we’ve seen, that means Trump is out of his depth when it comes to dealing with the nation’s most important issues.
Trump has been at the forefront of many of the Trumpcare proposals and is the one who is the most vocal about his belief that the country will be better off if he’s not in charge.
It also means that the Republican leadership is going to have to take a big hit when Trump is gone.
And the Trump administration is a mess, which is why many Republicans are not optimistic about the party being able to work with him.
That’s why many of them are looking for someone else.
They’re going to need someone who is more effective at managing their own agenda and trying to lead the party, even if that means letting him go.
“I have to say that I am disappointed by the President’s decision to step down as President of the U.S.,” said House Speaker Paul Ryan.
“It is my hope that this time, the House will move forward and find someone who can lead the next chapter of the American Dream, not a president who does not have the support of his own party,” he said.
The New York Post reported earlier this week that Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell are trying to get Trump to keep the Senate, which means he’ll have to resign and the Senate could fall further to the Republicans.
Trump is also trying to convince the Republican National Committee to stay with him as his campaign chairman.
There are still plenty of GOP senators who have told Trump they’re going with him and want to help him in the upcoming election.
If he can’t win them over, they’ll leave him, and Trump could have to run as a third-party candidate in 2020.
This could be a big problem for him if the GOP doesn’t have any other viable choices.
And if the president wants to run for president again, he might have to face some tough decisions about what he wants out of the country.
If Trump decides to run again, the next Republican nominee would be likely to be someone who isn’t going to get the same sort of support as the president.
And it’s not just Trump, either.
The Senate will likely also need to approve a replacement nominee for Jeff Sessions, the attorney general who Trump fired, and there are some Republicans who aren’t sure what they would do.
The president has been trying to make the Senate majority more competitive and also get the GOP’s approval for his agenda, which will likely be more difficult now that Republicans are in control of both chambers.
That is also why Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn (R-TX) is calling on Trump to step aside.
Cornyn said that “the president needs to go.”
It is not clear if he intends to leave the presidency.
